Check your 390A EEE page for blank templates in the dropbox for 390A-08 PF Resources, "Course Files."
You will also see that there is a rather motley collection of files separated into disciplines. In the past, different PFs have taken different routes to submit their workshops - some all together in one big draft, others by individual workshops - so you will have some exploring ahead of you.
