The TLTC Faculty Resource Center is home to four workstations (PC and Macintosh) designed to give instructors access to new media development tools.
These workstations have the capability to:
- Scan and modify images.
- Scan and modify slides.
- Digitize audio.
- Digitize video.
- Design and construct websites for courses.
- Prepare presentations and courseware.
We can provide faculty assistance and training in the use and application of these technologies:
- Adobe Photoshop/Image Ready (Graphics), PC and Macintosh.
- Adobe Illustrator (Graphics), PC and Macintosh.
- Adobe Indesign (Page Layout), PC and Macintosh.
- Macromedia Fireworks (Graphics), PC and Macintosh.
- Macromedia Dreamweaver (Web Development), PC and Macintosh.
- Netscape Communicator (Web Development), PC and Macintosh.
- Apple Final Cut Pro (Video editing), Macintosh only.
- Apple iMovie (Video editing), Macintosh only.
- Adobe Premiere (Video editing), PC only.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) PC and Macintosh.
- FTP software (File Transfer) PC and Macintosh.
