Well it does not matter for Skype, a popular VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) communication tool, it utilizes both platforms.  This Tech Time workshop will introduce Skype and how it can be utilized for audio and video teleconferencing. Setting Up a Podcast with Jeff Fisher and Austin Kearsley

The new craze is Podcasting. Everyone seems to be talking about it, but what is it exactly?

This workshop will unveil the mystery to this question and will teach those attending what it takes to start their own podcast. Specifically, we will be teaching how to record a short video, use a blog to podcast, convert a blog into a podcasting feed, validate that feed, and set up a link for your Podcast on your website.
